IAEA International Conference on Computer Security in the Nuclear World: Securing the Future

OBJECTIVES
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the INFICIRC-908 on Insider Threat Mitigation, this side event organized during the IAEA International Conference on Computer Security in the Nuclear World represents a great opportunity to:
- Present the objectives of INFCIRC-908 related to Insider Threat Mitigation, the main achievements and the activities planned for the future by the International Working Group co-chaired by Belgium (FANC) and USA – DOE (NNSA).
- Share experience and lessons learned in terms of regulatory development as well as human resource management to face the current and coming challenges, in particular the impact of fast evolving technologies and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the nuclear and radiological sectors.
- Present the Moroccan approach and the regulatory framework adopted to build capacities in the field of computer security and artificial intelligence in the framework of the nuclear and radiological activities.
- Give feedback on the several events and workshops organized by the Moroccan Regulatory Body (AMSSNuR) at national level and at regional level with the support of IAEA and the USA/DOE/NNSA.
